借得车便只管游玩

收音机狂喊乱叫

速度如风似电

冲过麦当劳餐馆

一路呼啸向前

玩得天晕地转

直到父亲把“雷鸟”索还

这是“沙滩男孩”一九六四年走红的歌曲《好玩、好玩、好玩》中的歌词。“沙滩男孩”几首走红歌曲里边我也最喜欢这首。节奏和旋律绝对完美，歌词精彩至极，光听歌词眼前都会倏地涌出那番光景。坐在一九六四年型号的流线型红色“雷鸟”车上的马尾辫女孩——谎称去图书馆——借得父亲的车而得意洋洋四处炫耀，女伴们全都目瞪口呆地盯着她，男孩们飞身上车开始一路狂奔。但大家都制服不了“雷鸟”。不久女孩父亲发现了，车被收了回去。女孩大失所望，可是对于“我”，这样倒正中下怀。就是说——

别那么灰心丧气

来吧，和我在一起

即使没了“雷鸟”

我们也能欢欢喜喜

一九六四年的“雷鸟”女孩如今也该三十五六了。她现在到底在做什么呢？或许在上简·方达培训学校，也可能住在《E.T.》中出现的那种新兴住宅区里听巴利·马尼劳。时至今日，我仍然时不时想起那个开红色“雷鸟”的女孩。
